Horrible customer service and a huge lack of communication within the company. Had broadband and telephone service (broadband works fine, very few interruptions, but not most cost effective). Customer service agents are not knowledgeable about the services they provided or how they can help you. This results in you constantly being put on hold while they speak with their managers. Not exactly what you want to be doing when you're calling an 0844 number. The customer service agents also do not call you back when they say they will - this happened repeatedly when trying to fix my telephone service. Agents will tell you conflicting information often as well. When I changed broadband providers, the team in charge of that failed to tell Finance resulting in my being charged for broadband continually. Finally had to terminate my direct debit to get them to act on it. Customer service agents fail to communicate effectively with each other too, requiring one to explain the whole situation over again each call. Also, when broadband switched over my phone line mysteriously died. Took an amazing amount of time to get this fixed and still being charged for broadband.
