i bought a servis fridge freezer from littlewoods april 2008 out right didnt move in to my house till june 2008 the fridge freezer was fine till may 2009 when i noticed my food in my freezer had gone soft so checked the fridge and it was warm, so turned it off for abit, and it started to work again, but then failed so i rang little woods and they said ring servis helpline whitch i did but because it was 1week out of warritany they would have anything to do with it, so rang little wood back and demanded that some one comes out, or i would taking them to court, well someone was ment to come on friday but no one turned up, so rang them back and they said oh we cant get out till tuesday now and i was like hold on a sec ive gone a week now without a fridge freezer, i have 2 young babies, but they didnt care, well the repair man came out and the compressor and electronics have gone on it, and littlewoods was undecided if they was going to repair it or rplace it but now decided to repair it well the compressor has now been ordered and will be in on 25th may so the repair will ring me on tuesday 26th may to sort a day out but as littlewoods said it will be 1st week in june before it is fixed, well by then i will of gone nealy a month with out a fridge freezer, ive put in a complaint askin for compensation for the loss of food and the loss of time ive had to take off work! Would never buy anything from servis again

My fridge is broken since 3 month, they ordered the part but now they are bust!!! So I have no way to get my fridge fixed now...

i am totally disgusted in servis uk after i had an engineer call at my home and tell me he was going to order a part for my machine .. to my amazement on the monday this company had gone into liquidation i was then told my warranty was worthless i had the machine 8 months so now it is scrap and this company is rubbish i have never come across anything more disgusting in the way it has treated customers and there customer services is a total waste of time ....

My 81 year old mother has a 9month old fridge/freezer from Servis...... it has just gone wrong for the SECOND time and we can get NO ANSWER from the SERVIS phone lines. It is an 08705 number so guess who makes money from it!! We cannot get the fridge freezer fixed as can't get through so it will go to the tip next week. I recommend you avoid SERVIS appliances as this company is terrible. Is there Customer service abroad? Is the company in trouble and past-caring?

SERVIS WASHING MACHINE – MODEL M9912B · Moved into brand-new house 19/07/07 to find this model already fitted - obviously installed a couple of years previously, old model, cool wash is 40 degrees · Registered guarantee with Servis 20/07/07 · Service call 10/07/08 failed to replicate problem of leakage during filling (premium tel no: 08705) · 10/08/08 and 11/08/08 machine leaked massively during filling process and caused the power switch on my fuse-board to blow · 12/08/08 phoned Servis to report this and claim repair under guarantee, as it was obviously same problem as previously reported. - Spent 10 minutes on premium telephone number before getting live response; he left me for “20 to 30 seconds” to check my status with manager – I was cut off after 3 minutes! · 12/08/08 went on Servis website to send email; could find no address for Customer Services, so sent one to Sales instead – am still awaiting a response · 13/08/08 wrote to Managing Director – am still awaiting a response · 26/08/08: having had no response to my email and letter, phoned premium number again; reached live response after 21 minutes; was told that my case “had been resolved’” according to computer! This was because I had not followed up for over a month, and now I was out of guarantee period on that issue - Was offered a call-out engineer at a one-off charge of £88 – payable in advance. To my protest that no-one pays for a service up-front, I was informed that this is how Servis operates and I can take it or leave it. The £88 is purely for labour and time, any parts will be supplied free; whereas if I employ a local engineer, I will pay for labour and parts. I chose to pay by credit card, hoping that I would be able to reclaim the cost at a later date - An engineer could call the following day but the operator was unable to specify am or pm.
