Customer and technical service terrible. Harrasment for incorrect bills still going on 12 months after I left them.

On 19 July 2008 I agreed to another 12 month phone contract on the offer of 1/2 call package & free broadband. I am still waiting, despite at least 9 phone calls & several emails. I have been told varying stories. I wish to cancel my contract as they have acted fraudulently to secure my continued custom and not fulfilled their side of the contract. Although I have requested callbacks from supervisors/managers several times, nobody has bothered. I have never come across such incompetence in a company.
