the hair piece i purchased is unwearable, due to knotting after five mins wearing and the hair is coming out due to brushing. the hair piece was fine until washed,(as to instructions) as if there was a coating on it until washed. the hair trade website states that all their hair is remy (doesnt knot and stays silky smooth,all the cuticles are laying the same way so it doesnt knot.)i paid £150.00 for this hair piece and cant wear it, i have sent e mails to complain with no response!
