My card was charged 6 days before the goods were even dispatched, I even popped into the offices to enquire about another item and was ignored by a kid playing on his ipod, who claimed to be a manager. Not to mention that there was stock everywhere all over the floor, Had to clamber over 3 boxes just to get some attention. Can't see this company lasting very long at all. Won't be using again and will be recommending someone else instead.

They take your money first, then order the goods. They don't give you any order updates; I placed an order on 1 Feb 2010 and 22 days later I'm still waiting. The order is still in processing status. Really bad service.

Order placed 3+ months ago. 4 out of 5 items eventually arrived after 3 or 4 weeks. Still waiting for last item (luckily only £5 worth). No response to e-mails requesting immediate supply or cancel order and refund. Will ot use them again.

Just had delivered some shurhold cleaning products, arrived within a week like they said and packaging was appropriate. Item is good quality and will hopefully last a long time

dinghy i just bought was a good price and came within a few days. Haven't blown it up yet but box looks to be new and all parts were inside as they were meant to be

Goods don't arrive, emails are ignored, no-one answers the phone. I paid by credit card so will probably get my money back but could do without the waste of my time.

Order placed 24/03/09. Money taken immediately but no delivery, no response to email or phone call. No Customer Service at all. Avoid purchasing from this Company. They are registered at Companies House and completed their accounts in April this year so are still trading. Not a lot of money at stake but it seems many people are being taken for a ride at best, defrauded at worst. I will be pursuing this.

Hopless I'm still waiting for delivery of my order wgich was placed on 25 Feb. This despite several phonecalls and an e-mail telling me it had been dispatched. I noticed my card has been charged though on the day I placed the order even though they didn't have all of it in stock, I will be informing my card company of this. Will NEVER NEVER purchase from them again

I bought an expensive bow thruster from them recently. No problems to report. They got it in from their supplier then shipped to me but it was quite a specialist item something they seem to do well at as I couldn't find it elsewhere. Will probably shop again
