Now is the time to all group together.I propose as a first step that all 33 of us forward our details to the committee so that we all know who all the unsecured creditors are.I as a committee member will also ask the administrator to advise all of the same 33 to contact the committee with contact details as some are without an e-mail address.Together we need to see how far we have come and then bring everybody up to date before moving on.

Please join together with the Breakaway Homes Ltd people who were ripped of by John Jayne in the same manner and take legal action against him He's still out there conning people out of their hard earned cash and needs to be stopped.

JJ conned us into moving to spain where we have spent the last 2 years+ worrying about how we are going to manage on our small private pensions.This is all due to the fact that JJ took 42,250 euros from us as payment for ground rent.We now have no way to pay this amount a second time.IF YOU DEAL WITH ANY COMPANY IN SPAIN CHECK IT OUT AND IF YOU FIND THE NAME JOHN JAYNE RUN LIKE HELL IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

please check out the Breakaway homes site, it is the same man who started up this company a few days after putting Breakaway into administration with enormous debts and a trail of broken promises over 18months. A lot of people lost everything after paying for homes never delivered. The French delivery and installation company were not paid for 18 homes delivered and installed they have now had a judgement allowing them to repossess 5 of the homes to cover their costs so these people are faced with finding 60,000 + euros again to stop this after already paying breakaway
