I wish I had found your web site earlier, because my experience seems to be the same as others. I ordered on the 12th and although they confirmed payment had been received still no goods. I shop a lot on the Internet but this company is really bad, no replies to email, phone always engaged and by the look of it no goods are going to be sent.

Must be the WORST on the 'Net' or pretty dam close. STAY CLEAR Ordered Items 3rd Sept09 Card debited same day!! A week later sent e-mail to ask where was my order, (no reply) Rang their tele number (always engaged), Ah but ring after 1pm and now engaged tone replaced with answer machine, listened to the garbage till the end, but to top it all I was told not to leave a message on this line ( What's the point)?? and to go on line and send an e-mail (Sounds like the duck flying in ever decreasing circles). In their favour I did get an automated e-mail on the 29th Sept saying sorry because of the delay in fulfilling my order) ............... I had 3 options 1. I will wait for my order 2. Please contact me 3. Please cancel my order Guess which one I chose !!!!! It's now the 9th Oct 09.............. How long for a refund ???????

I ordered some abc cookie cutters for my daughters 3rd birthday to make her a cake on the 8th june and they never arrived. I read reviews of the company online and got worried so rang abbey my bank. They will recover the money for you if you bank with them. I did finally get through to de cuisine this morning after calling on and off for two hours. They processed a refund-although i am not optimistic, they said my order wasn't available with their supplier until august but had taken my money anyway and without notifying me! I am still going to recover my money unles the refund goes through within 4 days as they promised. I believe this company are having difficulites, the guy on the phone was very nice but it seems they are collecting as much money as they can to get through whatever problems they may be having. He said they have to pay upfront for alot of things now but i only half believe this reason.

Check comments on this website!! So many people have been ripped off!! When you phone to find out where your stuff is NO ANSWER just a taped message. But they always manage to take your cash!!

BEWARE of this shop !!! I ordered a spare part valve for a " Bialetti mucca express" 9 weeks ago and I didn´t receive until today ! But the payment was very quickly and they don´t like to give the money back !

I was taken in by the professional look of this company's website. I was looking for a product that was out of stock at my preferred supplier and thought I had found a supplier with more variants of the product I wanted (and appeared to have them in stock.) I was bitterly disappointed. My credit card was debited immediately and I have yet to receive my order over a month later. They claim to respond to web forms (there is no direct e-mail address) in 1 to 2 days - they don't and I've since discovered lots of others having exactly the same experience. Whoever Mike and Steve Wheale are, they certainly know how to take your money without feeling any obligation to fulfil their part of the bargain. A bad trader - and one that is fast developing a very bad reputation.

I called consumer advice and reported this company since they had not delivered an item I ordered in February and a few days later I had a call from trading standards. They told me they were in contact with decuisine, took my order details and said they would arrange a refund. Do report them and make sure you get your money back!

Ordered 4 items on March 19th (now May 18th) and received 2. All four were charged to my credit card immediately. They are impossible to get through to on the phone and it's hopeless using the web messaging form as they don't bother responding. Avoid them like the plague!

I ordered an item on 16 April and I'm still waiting for it (now 12 May). I've emailed them (which bounced back saying the email is no longer in use!) and filled out their online contact form 3 times but not had a response. I've tried called them but it's constantly engaged. Like everyone else my card was debited straight away. Wish I'd read this before I'd ordered from them!! I'll be writing to them to ask for my money back!
