Post Office broadband gave me a start date for my broadband srvice, the without bothering to tellme put the date back by a week. Their general attitude is tht thay don't give a dam, and if you don't like it take your custom eslewhere. If you are looking for poor customer ser vice and poorly trained staff switch go Post Office broadband and that's what you'll get.

Been a farce from start to finish, messed up direct debit from the start. Took them three months to get broadband working properly and 6 months after starting with them billing is still not sorted out because they seem incapable of setting up a direct debit.
