Highly rated them until recently - they are still trying to reach their client 4 months on regarding my claim against them - their client apparently will not pick up the phone! Not impressed and going to amend my insurances with them immediately.

Chasing up a claim from 3 months ago - contact totally unempathetic to the fact I have lost income and property due to one of their client incompetence.

5 minutes on the phone on hold to get through is annoying however, when i did finally get through they were very friendly and helpful.
