Poor communication between sales staff over the sale of a used bmw car resulted in intimidating, aggressive & insulting behaviour by bmw business & sales controller. This culminated in a threat of assault by the manager who immediately denied his actions. A complaint was made to the branch manager and to the national customer services manager for bmw. The only correspondence from bmw was to thank me for purchasing a bmw; an example of how poor their communication levels are. I am glad to say that I have taken my money to another manufacturer. Avoid the thugs at bmw!
