This company has now gone into liquidation - not surprised as almost all the houses on the estate have had major plumbing problems

4 months later and they won't pick up the phone to their own insurance investigators - ridiculous - not sure when I am ever going to get my claim resolved without having to take legal action which I think is my only redress on this

They were responsible for the plumbing on our Estate - and almost every other house has had major problems - I was flooded in February 2009 for the 2nd time and still had no response or compensation offer. Ridiculous.
